On April 17, Environment Minister Han Wha-jin attended a forum on "Carbon Neutrality and Circular Economy Recycling" held at the National Assembly Building in Yeouido, Seoul. The Minister highlighted in her speech, "Realizing a circular economy is critical to ensure seamless carbon neutrality," and called for participation in promoting the expansion of a circular economy.
