The Minister of Environment held a 2022 New Year kick-off meeting on January 3, 2022. In her New Year address, the Minister said, "The Republic of Korea has just started its voyage toward achieving carbon neutrality and becoming environmental-friendly. We already put the milestone last year. Let's set a detailed route and pull on the oars with all our might this year."
