On March 29, Minister of Environment Han Jeoung Ae met with State Secretary Terhi Lehtonen of Finland's Ministry of the Environment at the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Korea to the OECD in Paris, France. They discussed each country's policies to achieve carbon neutrality and a circular economy, including a classification system for green investment and thermal degradation of plastics.
