On the afternoon of May 15th, the Minister of Environment, Myung Rae Cho, explained the efforts of Korea to cope with the climate change at the Han River Flood Control Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, during a video conference with the Secretary General of the United Nations Climate Change Convention, Patricia Espinoza, and the Special Adviser to the UN Secretary General, Selwyn Hart.
