On February 23, Environment Minister Han Wha-jin attended an MOU signing ceremony for the specialized graduate program for integrated water resources management at the National Water Industry Cluster in Dalseong-gun, Daegu. At the ceremony, the Minister emphasized the need to train water experts using the nation's largest water demonstration facilities. The Minister signed an MOU with Daegu Metropolitan City, Kyungpook National University, and the Korea Environment Corporation to develop highly skilled human resources in integrated water management.
