On the afternoon of October 23rd, the Minister of Environment, Myung Rae Cho, discussed with Xavier Jayakumar, Minister of Water, Land and Natural Resources of Malaysia, at the COEX Convention Center in Seoul, about water management cooperation between the two countries and activation of exchanges.
