Getting a closer look at the nature will be made possible just by clicking on the computer. Beginning on Dec. 30, 2002, the Ministry of Environment will provide documentary films featuring wild plants and animals on its website. These films will give a chance for the internet users to get more knowledge and information about the nature and its environment.

158 films in 7 categories of species, such as insects, amphibians, animals and fishes will be available for access. All the films will be shown in a documentary-format, accompanied by explanations about each species to help people better understand about the characteristics of the species.

To view the films, you may go into the Ministry of Environment webpage (www.me.go.kr) and click on the banner of "the cyber natural ecology library" under the "HotLink". For more information, contact the Nature Policy Division of the Ministry of Environment, at 02-504-9283.
