Minister of Environment Han Wha-jin attended the signing ceremony for the agreement on mutual cooperation in the green industry development held on June 8 at COEX. During the ceremony, the Minister emphasized that the green industries can be the starting point for the transition toward a green economy. She also added that the signatory companies should cooperate with green startups and venture companies.   

The Minister of Environment held a meeting with representatives of the six global enterprises participating in the signing ceremony. The Minister and the participating companies signed the agreement following the meeting.
