On May 11, Environment Minister Han Wha-jin attended and delivered a congratulatory speech at the 40th anniversary celebration of the Korean Society for Atmospheric Environment held at El Tower in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The Minister stated, "We look forward to discussing policy directions for the key issues of air pollution in Korea, such as fine dust and ozone. It is our hope that the Society and the Ministry of Environment can work together to discuss our way to a better future."
