On January 12, Minister of Environment Han Jeoung Ae attended a meeting to inspect preparatory measures for the enforcement of the Act on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act(SAPA). She checked each organization's safety management system and facilities under the Ministry of Environment. Minister Han also requested the relevant organizations to put their utmost effort into fatal accident prevention and safety management.
