On the afternoon of June 5th, the Minister of Environment, Myung Rae Cho, attended the 'Korea Basic Local Government Climate Crisis Declaration Ceremony', held at the National Assembly Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and called for the active role of the local government in order to transform into a carbon neutral society.
