On the afternoon of November 11th, the Minister of Environment, Myung Rae Cho, attended the 'Second Annual Meeting of the Environment Ministers of Korea and China', video-conference held at the Seoul S Tower, and discussed environmental cooperation measures such as cooperation with the Chinese Minister of Ecological Environment, Chiu Lun, on achieving a carbon-neutral society to overcome the climate ? environmental crisis in both countries.
